Tech Equity Review Session
30 minutes · $195
Building on our introductory conversation, we discuss what your financial strategy may need to address and map the priorities and steps required to develop it.
We discuss the roadmap together during the session, and you receive it in writing afterward.
- Clarify the decisions and financial goals driving the work.
- Identify relevant company-stock, cash, tax, and investment tradeoffs.
- Outline the information and professional coordination needed.
- Define next steps for further planning and potential implementation.
This session maps the work ahead. It does not include a completed comprehensive financial plan, tax return, legal documents, or investment implementation. Further work has separately agreed scope, fees, and responsibilities.
The $195 professional fee is required to book. There is no obligation to purchase further services.

Questions Before You Book
Do I need to complete the stress test first?
No. You can book a free introduction without completing it. If you'd like to explore your company-stock exposure first, the Company Stock Stress Test is an optional educational tool.
What should I prepare for the introduction?
Think about what feels unresolved: a stock sale, future vesting, a home purchase, a career change, giving, or another major financial decision. Bring your questions; you do not need a polished financial plan.
Please do not send account numbers, tax returns, or sensitive financial documents through a public contact form. We can explain the appropriate way to share information if it is needed.
Am I obligated to continue after the paid session?
No. You receive the written roadmap whether or not you proceed. If further work makes sense, we discuss financial planning, in-house investment management, or both, and agree on scope and fees separately before that work begins.
